Drupal – Pathauto alias doesn’t work in different language for multilingual site @ 1

Recently i am working for a site with 6 different languages. =.=

I found that when i create a node translation, the Automatic alias option in URL path settings does not work. Whenever i save the form, that option is unchecked.

Finally i solve the problem by the following patch. Seems it is a Drupal core problem and it works for Drupal 6.22.
